How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your personal data, your account, or any content associated with your Videotto account, please send a request by email to yaoming@videotto.com.
What to Include in Your Request
To help us process your request quickly, please include the following in your email:
- The email address associated with your Videotto account
- A clear statement that you are requesting data deletion
- Any specific data you would like deleted (or "all data" if you want everything removed)
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe. We will confirm by email once your data has been removed from our systems. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, billing records).
