The entity providing the Services is Videotto Pte Ltd., a company operating under the laws of Singapore (referred to as “Videotto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your use of the Services is subject to these terms, which may be updated from time to time (this “Agreement”). The Agreement includes the provisions in this document as well as those in our Privacy Policy. Any Additional Terms for certain Services are incorporated herein by reference.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 16, do not use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by this Agreement.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Services. By allowing your child to use the Services, you (as the parent or guardian) agree to this Agreement.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent you have the authority to do so, and that entity accepts this Agreement.
The Services include various forms of content (“Content”). Videotto is not obligated to host or serve any Content. If you see any Content violating these terms or applicable law, report it to us.
You may need to create an account (“Videotto Account”). You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for any activity on your account.

You agree not to use the Services for anything illegal, harmful, or infringing on others’ rights. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Videotto is constantly updating the Services. We may add or remove features without notice.
We may change this Agreement at any time. If we do, we’ll notify you by placing a notice on our site or other means. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Videotto and/or our licensors own the Services and associated content. Unless you own the rights, you will not reproduce, modify, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without permission.
Any content you post or share (“User Submissions”) remains yours, but you give us certain licenses to display and distribute it so we can run the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
You may remove your content at any time. Videotto may remove content for any reason without notice.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.
Certain Services may require fees. By using any paid features, you agree to pay the applicable fees. See separate payment terms if applicable.
Videotto provides the Services “as is” without warranties. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain warranty limitations.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Videotto will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions.
You agree to indemnify and hold Videotto harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes may be resolved via arbitration or as otherwise set forth in applicable law.
